Sign up on our website, choose a plan, and you'll receive a phone number to text. That's it. No app to install, no complicated setup. Your first text to Forgetly starts your conversation history, and we'll guide you through what we can do.

Traditional task managers require you to open an app, navigate menus, and manually organize everything. Forgetly removes all of that. You just text what you need — "remind me to call Mom at 5pm" — and it's done. No maintenance, no organizing. The AI handles context, follow-ups, and scheduling naturally.

Yes! Forgetly works via standard SMS, so it's available on both iOS and Android — any device that can send and receive text messages. No app store download required.

No, Forgetly is text-only. It can send text messages to remind you, answer questions, and provide motivation, but it won't make or receive phone calls.

Not currently. Forgetly operates as a one-on-one conversation between you and the AI. Group messaging may be part of future plan tiers that we're exploring.

Yes. You can optionally connect Gmail and Google Calendar, and the companion app supports push notifications and location reminders. Forgetly also uses service providers for functions such as AI processing, billing, analytics, email delivery, maps, and messaging. Our Subprocessors page lists the providers currently used to operate Forgetly.

Forgetly uses safeguards designed to protect your information, including transport encryption and per-user encryption for message content stored in the reminders service. No system is completely secure, and retention depends on the type of record and why it is needed rather than one automatic schedule. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We collect the account, message, reminder, app, device, and technical information needed to provide and secure Forgetly. Optional features such as location reminders, Gmail, and Google Calendar use additional information when you enable them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption, rate limits, and security logging. We also use service providers to operate Forgetly and may disclose information in the other circumstances described in our Privacy Policy. No system can guarantee complete security.
